Hey guys! It feels so good to be blogging again. I've been so busy with midterms once again. It happens all so quick and this was probably the hardest midterm week I've ever had. Yeah, it's hard... but you get over it. I think a lot of people get too wrapped up in the stress and how difficult things can get. I just look at it as another obstacle I'll overcome. No hard feelings because it will become a thing of the past. In the end, there's a good chance that everything will be okay. There's so many crossroads in life where you're stuck between a rock and a hard place. But quite honestly, after each obstacle, there's so much more positive to look forward to and you truly become appreciative of those good vibes and memories.

Enough of my little deep insight of the day... My style is very much about closet essentials. So for this outfit, I played around with one of my favorite pieces - the shirt dress. I tied it around my waist for something a little different. I usually don't wear skirts because I hate having to worry about flashing people. Tying the shirt dress around my waist makes a statement because it drapes beautifully to make some asymmetrical silhouette and amazing movement in the wind. I topped it off with a leather jacket for some added warmth from the autumn chills and a pair of my favorite black chelsea booties from Acne Studios.

I'm currently wearing:
H&M top
LF leather jacket
Forever 21 skirt
Loft shirt
Chanel bag
