NYFW // Barbara Tfank F/W '16

Barbara Tfank F/W '16 collection was all about the classic dress with bold brocades, fur, and black beadings. All the details in her collection were highlighted with autumnal colors -- copper, red, black.

The pieces that really stood out included a black beading that I could not resist. It glistened in the light. This detailing was incorporated as a cape behind a little black dress, which I absolutely loved because it flew with each step. Another piece I really liked was one with the same black beading, as seen on the first photo. It accentuated the shoulders and extended to a bell sleeve detailing on a little black dress. For her F/W collection, Barbara Tfank also tried to incorporate fur into her classic brocade dresses. She designed her fur coats to be reversible, with fur on one side and brocade on the other. Functional and fashionable.

If I had some private affair to attend to or a meeting with the President, I know who I'll be going to.
